Ordering

Custom orders require at least 2 week’s notice, depending on availability.

Short-notice orders (less than 1 week) may be accepted if there’s room in the schedule but must be paid in full at the time of ordering.

Your order is not confirmed until payment is received.

Payments & Deposits

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book. 

Booking a week out or less payment will be required to book.

The remaining balance is due 1 week before pickup.

We currently accept Venmo and Apple Pay

Changes & Cancellations

Minor changes may be requested up to 1 week before pickup and are subject to approval.

All deposits are non-refundable, and cancellations made within 7 days of pickup will not be refunded.

Pick - Up

A pickup reminder text will be sent the day before to confirm your pickup time and location.

Please be on time—products are made fresh and may be time- or temperature-sensitive.

Orders not picked up within 24 hours of the scheduled time may be discarded without refund.

I currently offer contactless pickup. Orders will be placed on the pickup shelf at the agreed-upon time. 

Post Pickup Responsibility

Once an order is picked up, Desert Sugar is not responsible for any damage, melting, or mishandling.

Care instructions will be provided—it is your responsibility to follow them to keep your desserts in the best condition.
